Writing

• New starts a fresh page dated today; change the date when writing about another day.
• Save with the Save button or Ctrl / Cmd + S. Leaving with unsaved changes always asks first.
• Entries without a title are kept as Untitled.

Editing & deleting

• Open an entry and press Edit to change anything — the original stays intact until you save.
• Delete always asks for confirmation, and deleted entries can't be recovered.
• The search box filters entries by title and text as you type.

Backup & transfer

Your diary is stored only in this browser, so keep a copy. Importing restores everything — entries that already exist are skipped.
