Hello. This is the day one of testing blogging consistency on this blog.
First things first, lets check the stats first.
- Visitors: 3
- Views: 11
- Searches: 0
This is not even close to yesterdays stats. There is a drop in visitors -67%. Views drop by -21%. And there is not even 1 visti form a search engine. This is becoming discouraging.
SEO stats are following.
MOZ stats:
- DA (Domain Authority): 10
- PA (Page Authority): 15
- TB (Total Backlinks): 44
As expected, there are no changes here.
AHREFS:
- DR (Domain Rating): 8
- Backlinks: 100 (69% dofollow)
- Linking websites: 28
Also same as yesterday.
Everything goes as expected and a bit worse than that.
Good thing in a whole story is that we have managed to obtain 3 new backlinks through commenting.
Two of these are made through a third party commenting system Discus. 3rd party commenting systems will usually automatically approve your comment since you’re logged into their system and will reward you with a backlink (if you put one). In most commenting systems this backlink will be NoFollow. This is not so good as a regular link but hey! You’ll get one more backlink no matter what. And you’ll get it free, just by writing a comment on an article you liked reading.
Finding blogs that use comments are quite time consuming as not all accepts comments and those sites who does usually close commenting section after a set period of time (usually 2 weeks). This is done to prevent get spammed by lot of comments with no value that are not even related to the context and in many cases the sole purpose is placing a comment just to get a backlink.
No other way of obtaining backlinks was used.
And this is what was done in the first day of testing blogging consistency on this blog.
